Customer Support Associate

We are seeking an experienced support professional to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. As a key member of our global operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is highly organized, enjoys autonomy, and is passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support to customers and suppliers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Author and maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and video content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct customer or client-facing roles with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
