Product Development Leader for Additive Manufacturing Solutions

Stratasys Ltd., the world's leading 3D printing company, seeks a highly skilled Product Development Leader to drive growth in our SAF product portfolio. This exciting opportunity is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic team responsible for developing a brand-new series of 3D printers.

As a Product Development Leader, you will play a key role in driving our business objectives and delivering differentiated products to the market.



Responsibilities

As a Product Development Leader, you will be responsible for:


Product Management

Managing the collection and analysis of voice of customer, industry trends, market needs, and competitive forces


Accountable for all phases of product development per the Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process and Product Launch Process (PLP), including VOC, defining market and product requirements, and the financial business case


Directing product advancements for new products and platforms, extensions and feature upgrades of existing products, and continuation engineering efforts


Team Leadership

Creating and managing cross-functional development teams to deliver products per specification, on schedule, and within the wholistic product criteria


Setting priorities and resolving conflicts among team members


Ensuring proper facilitation of cross-functional team, phase gate, program readiness, and lessons learned meetings


Other

FOLLOWING ALL COMPANY SAFETY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES


Attending all required company training


Demonstrating commitment to Stratasys' Purpose, Mission, and Vision


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


10+ years of experience in product management or a related role


5+ years' experience in people management


Demonstrated experience across the full cycle of new product development, from conception to end of service


Demonstrated experience with leading projects through stage gate processes


Ability to lead complex VoC activities to gather, test, and synthesize conclusions on customer needs


Demonstrated experience in market sizing, financial analysis, competitive analysis, product positioning, pricing, promotion, and similar product management responsibilities


Experience in commercializing products requiring complex combinations of disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, SW, and materials engineering


Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary for this position is 150,000 - 200,000 DKK per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including a dynamic and international working culture, modern flexible working conditions, and a great lunch arrangement.


Location

This role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and may require up to 25% international travel.
