Manufacturing Intelligence Sales Manager

Factbird is a leading provider of manufacturing intelligence software, empowering manufacturers across the globe to boost their operations. As our Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and success for our valued customers.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with key strategic customers in the Scandinavian region.
- You will guide customers through every stage of integration, scaling, product expansion, and partnership management.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and develop a pipeline in targeted industries.
- Solution Demonstrations and Sales Presentations: Conduct needs analysis and position relevant solutions.
- Closing Deals and Contract Management: Negotiate and close deals using the MEDDICC framework.
- Customer Relationship Management and Retention: Serve as the primary contact for accounts, ensuring satisfaction and value.
- Portfolio Growth and Account Expansion: Understand client businesses to identify additional service opportunities.
- Proven track record in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, demoing, closing, and account management.
- Experience on the shop floor, bringing valuable insights into the manufacturing process.
- Fluent in Swedish (required) and English.
- Self-motivated and driven to help customers achieve their goals.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
