A Bachelor or Master degree within Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, along with relevant HR experience from a similar position in an international organization, is highly desirable.

Job Description Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our dynamic team as a HR Business Partner. As a key member of our global HR team, you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations, while working closely with our Danish Management team and Group HR functions in Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers to attract top talent and maximize the employability of our current workforce.
  2. Employer Branding: Be an active part of our global project team to drive initiatives activating brand awareness, collaborating with our MarCom team.
  3. HR Consulting and Coaching: Provide HR consulting and coaching to employees and managers in Denmark across the entire employee life-cycle.
  4. HR Operations: Facilitate the HR annual wheel, including performance management, salary review, and Engagement Survey, while handling HR master data in SAP SuccessFactors.
  5. Support to Management Team: Support the HR Manager and the Danish Management team on internal communication and handle compensation & benefits in close collaboration with payroll function.

Salary Information: The estimated monthly salary for this position is around € 5,500 - € 7,000 gross, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
