The Digital Democracy Centre at the University of Southern Denmark is seeking a highly motivated and experienced postdoctoral researcher to join our team. As a postdoctoral researcher, you will be part of a dynamic and interdisciplinary research environment that focuses on the intersection of digital technologies and democracy.
Research Focus: Our centre is dedicated to exploring the impact of digital technologies on democratic processes, institutions, and societies. We are particularly interested in the following areas:
- Digital Democratic Integrity
- AI, Media, and Journalism
- Citizens, Organizations, and New Digital Technologies
- Digital Democracy and Societal Transitions
Responsibilities: As a postdoctoral researcher, you will be expected to:
- Conduct independent research and contribute to the development of research projects
- Collaborate with other researchers and scholars in the centre
- Engage in knowledge dissemination and public outreach activities
- Contribute to teaching and supervision of students
Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you should have a PhD in a relevant field, such as computational social science, digital communication, journalism, political science, economics, law, or AI/computer science. You should also have a strong track record of research experience and a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
