Strategic Business Operations Director for Performance Excellence

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to define strategic priorities and develop actionable plans, ensuring timely execution and progress monitoring.
  • Foster effective stakeholder management by acting as a liaison between the tribe and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination among squads and tribes.
  • Drive performance tracking against strategic goals, providing regular progress reports and insights.
  • Oversee the tribe's financial health, including budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial analysis, informing data-driven decisions and advising leadership on financial matters.
  • Assist in HR processes like talent acquisition, development, and retention, helping manage capacities for tackling headcounts and workforce planning.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and engagement within the tribe and with external parties.
  • Ensure the smooth running of administrative processes within the tribe, managing schedules, organizing events, and meetings (excluding calendar management).

As a Chief Business Manager, you will be working closely with Tribe leadership and acting as their trusted partner in supporting sound and data-driven decision-making. You will have an overview of strategic goals, deadlines, and HR-related accountabilities with a firm grip on financials and other administrative routines. In addition, you will have a wide variety of interactions with members from within the tribe and stakeholders outside of the tribe.

About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in business management roles.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with and supervising stakeholders of all seniority levels.
  • Proven experience with financial analysis and cost forecasting and the ability to use both to drive value-creating decisions.
  • Solid IT skills within MS Office.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • English proficiency level – upper-intermediate.
Salary and Benefits:

The monthly salary range is approximately €3120 - €4680 gross, based on your competencies relevant for the job. For Denmark applicants, salary will be discussed during the interview process. Additionally, each Danske Bank employee receives an employee benefits package which includes:
