With Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH, we are looking for a Senior Director and Head of Foodservice to lead our foodservice business in Denmark. This key role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our industry by developing innovative solutions to drive growth in the Danish market.

Salary: 150,000 - 180,000 DKK per year (approx.)

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background with experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, and a proven track record of building customer relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth in the Danish foodservice market
  • Lead a team of 30 colleagues in Aarhus and work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Global Foodservice Leadership Team to develop and implement global strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., commerce, marketing, business administration)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior commercial role with a focus on sales and customer engagement
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of 150,000 - 180,000 DKK per year (approx.), plus additional benefits and bonuses. The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark, and requires regular travel within Europe.
