Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled People Business Partner with a strong focus on Learning and Development (L&D) to join our global team. This role offers a blend of day-to-day People business partnering and ownership of key learning and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on handling employee relations issues and career development conversations.
  • Planning, organizing, and facilitating productive meetings, workshops, and team sessions.
  • Leading and managing the rollout of annual People & Culture activities, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent assessments.
  • Working together with the P&C team to build our capability strategy and develop initiatives.
  • Co-creating and implementing a career framework that outlines clear growth paths.
  • Orchestrating workshops and learning sessions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Experience working with career frameworks and how to couple them with performance and development processes.
  • Knowledge of modern learning tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a strong focus on employee experience.
About You

We are looking for someone who is motivated by the opportunity to build out the learning and development activities up from scratch in collaboration with their team. You should be naturally able to work closely with managers and employees and be curious to know the organization, understanding business goals as well as the importance of individual growth.

You should be skilled at and motivated by balancing the demands of your dual role as a People Business Partner and L&D project lead.
