Account Executive

At Workday Sweden Aktiebolag, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Field Sales Operations organization. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and developing strategic relationships with Large Enterprise prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and achieve quota
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions, particularly core financials, to C-level executives
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field sales position. You should have experience collaborating with internal teams, managing longer deal cycles, and establishing trust with key stakeholders.
Additionally, you should be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
