Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for achieving successful operations of groups with a focus on delivering excellent operations and service results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book and operate groups in close cooperation with our suppliers.
  • Create relevant, timed, and priced itineraries using different tools available.
  • Maximize profit margins on tours and sell additional services whenever possible.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible rates, liaising with the contracting department when necessary.
Requirements
  • Perform operations effectively and accurately.
  • Full proficiency in any of the languages mentioned above (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Tagalog, and English).
  • Preferably, at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry.
  • Destination knowledge - Scandinavia, Iceland, the Baltics, and Poland.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
