About the Job:

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at Trustpilot A/S. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our Salesforce platform to its full potential, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and alignment with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Product Management: Define and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap.
  2. Agile Business Analysis: Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Completed or studying a Business Analyst qualification (e.g. IIBA or BCS).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects, including customization and configuration.
