Hiring a HSE/HR Specialist for our factory in Odense, Denmark, where we produce high-quality detergents under leading Home Care brands. Our goal is to deliver exceptional products to consumers while maintaining the best supplier relationships with customers.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HSE and HR professional to lead health, safety, and environment initiatives on site, ensuring compliance with local legislation and Unilever standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HSE agenda and activities on site, prioritizing employee safety above all else
  • Collaborate with the HSE network and local authorities, providing monthly reports on HSE performance metrics
  • Ensure process safety, overseeing systems and equipment maintenance to guarantee a safe working environment (ATEX + HAZOP)
  • Conduct risk assessments of the factory, identifying potential hazards and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on HR matters within the factory, ensuring all business requirements are met
  • Coordinate temporary workforce management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies
Requirements:
  • Law degree or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Danish health, safety, and environment regulations
  • Experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing setting

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements, leading activities arising from audits as gap closure action plans.
