PARETO SECURITIES AS is a rapidly growing company with a passion for customer engagement, loyalty, and data-driven marketing. We are seeking a highly skilled Crm Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping our direct-to-consumer (DTC) CRM strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty in a purpose-driven company. As a Crm Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our DTC CRM strategy to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement CRM Strategy: Develop and implement Liewood's DTC CRM strategy to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
- Subscriber Recruitment Strategies: Define and execute subscriber recruitment strategies to expand our newsletter and club membership.
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Collaborate with Paid Media teams to implement lead generation campaigns.
- Loyalty Strategies: Create and implement loyalty strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- CRM Data and Technical Platform: Responsible for the CRM data and technical platform. Ensure efficiency, compliance and scalable data collection, that enables data-driven decisions and personalisation.
Email Marketing & Automation
We are looking for a candidate who can own the email marketing strategy, from planning to execution, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Email Marketing Strategy: Own the email marketing strategy, from planning to execution, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Segmentation: Segment customer data to deliver personalized and targeted email communications.
- A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize performance and growth.
- Content Coordination: Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Email Marketing Calendar: Manage the email marketing calendar for timely, relevant campaigns.
