Customer Engagement Strategy

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping our direct-to-consumer (DTC) CRM strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer retention and loyalty strategies to maximize lifetime value.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and optimize marketing strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential to work effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement DTC CRM strategy to enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with Paid Media teams to implement lead generation campaigns.
  3. Create and implement loyalty strategies to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  4. Responsible for the CRM data and technical platform, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalable data collection.
Email Marketing & Automation

We own the email marketing strategy, from planning to execution, to drive sales and customer engagement. Our goal is to deliver personalized and targeted email communications that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities:

  4. Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  5. Manage the email marketing calendar for timely, relevant campaigns.
Data Insights & Optimization

We monitor key CRM metrics, analyze customer behavior, and generate insights for continuous improvement. Our aim is to track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities:

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.
  • Ability to turn insights into action, driving tangible business results.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with strong project management abilities.
