As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert advice to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly local closing activities and IFRS reporting to the Vaillant Group.
  • Lead local GAAP year-end closing of our entities in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, including communication and preparation of documents for auditors.
  • Oversee bank account management, including payments and monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Ensure debitor and creditor management (both views), including credit management and receivable aging.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial processes to drive efficiency and improve performance.
  • Serve as VAT contact for entities in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
  • Provide primary contact for tax-related matters, supporting authorities and Vaillant Group (VAT and CIT).
