The successful candidate will work alongside 5 passionate marketers, reporting to the Global Brand VP and driving the brand from strategy to implementation of new initiatives. With a global perspective, this role offers maximum visibility throughout the organization and significant impact.
The primary tasks of this role include contributing to the global brand vision, strategy, and plans, leading Lurpak Sustainability, acting as a Business Partner to one of the key Lurpak markets, developing key innovations, and securing strategic alignment across key stakeholders. Additionally, managing internal and external agency relationships is a crucial aspect of this position.
Key qualifications include a degree in Marketing, Business Economics, or a similar field, and between 5-10 years of brand management experience. Passion for brands, sustainability, and consumer insights, combined with strong strategic and analytical skills, are essential. A global mindset, commercial acumen, and a positive attitude are also highly valued.
Estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000-$150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
