Your Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategist to join our People & Culture team in Copenhagen. As a key member of the team, you will play a significant role in shaping the future of IMPACT by building a talent pipeline that meets our needs today and drives our success tomorrow.
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process from search, coordination, and participation of interviews, as well as giving test feedback. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Hiring Managers to understand our strategy and translate it into recruitment initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage all internal recruitment activities at all levels from A-Z, including creating job posts and screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Coordinate and participate in interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Conduct advanced searches on platforms like LinkedIn to identify and attract top candidates.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and hiring managers to understand and support business area needs in relation to recruitment activities.
- Cooperate with our marketing department on employer branding.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, management, HR teams, potential external recruitment partners, and educational institutions.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement using data-driven recruitment analysis.
Your Profile
We imagine you have a degree in human resources or communication and a couple of years of experience in search, recruitment, and employer branding or an equivalent background.
It would be an advantage if you have experience recruiting technical and digital profiles, preferably with an international perspective.
You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, taking responsibility for projects and tasks, and communicating fluently in Danish and English.

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 depending on your level of experience.
