The Management Trainee Experience

As a Management Trainee, you will work on five different projects across Visma companies, business areas, and countries over the course of one year. These projects are of significant strategic importance for our future success, and you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our business in a meaningful way. Our broad international presence also allows you to work at one or several of our locations in Europe during your trainee year.

This program is international, and you will have great colleagues and friends from Norway, Sweden, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Through a shared introductory week in Oslo and joint gatherings at various locations in Europe during the trainee period, you will get to know each other well.

At the end of your one year as a Management Trainee, you will transition into a permanent position at Visma.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals who will complete their master's studies in computer science, IT, economics, and/or business by [August] 2025 and who wish to work strategically with technology. Our Management Trainees have diverse backgrounds, skills, and personalities – what unites them is their curious mindset and their ability to act on their ideas.
