About the Role:

Vaekst Group, a rapidly expanding agency in the Nordics, is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Consultant to join our team. This full-time position will be based in Malmö, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales opportunities for clients through our Sales-as-a-Service concept
  • Assist clients with intelligent market segmentation, outbound sales, and market analytics
  • Develop skills in complex B2B sales and work closely with the management team to build the organization

About You:

We're looking for a talented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong interest in business development, and experience in complex B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish and have a proven track record of driving sales growth.
