Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree within Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or similar.
  • 8-10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • A solid expertise within all aspects of the employee life cycle, performance management, organizational development, change management, and leadership coaching and development.

You should also possess a good understanding of Danish employment law and be able to use data to drive decision-making and solve complex challenges.

Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have experience in change management practices, working with client groups within Operations and Manufacturing, talent management, leadership coaching, and organizational design.
