About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Nordic Sector Sales Manager, leading a team of sales engineers and driving business growth in the Nordic markets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a high-performance sales culture, building strong relationships with key customers, and implementing strategies to achieve sector targets and drive growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 years' experience as Sales Manager, preferably within the process industry. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commercial mindset and ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 7 sales engineers within our Nordic operation.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture centered on collaboration, trust, and care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across the Nordics.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to achieve sector targets and drive growth.
