Job Description: Customer Experience Coordinator

This role requires a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage customer projects and ensure seamless communication with clients and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating customer projects, from initial contact to project completion.
  • Supporting the team on a commercial level, responding to customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, creating custom proposals/quotes.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and suppliers via email and phone.
  • Monitoring market developments, trends, and analyses to stay ahead of the competition.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong interest in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Experience in sales and/or customer service is essential.

Fluency in Danish and English is necessary for success in this role.
