Job Description
Job Title: Advisor for Global Partnerships and Resource Mobilization
DanChurchAid is seeking an experienced professional to join their Global Partnerships and Resource Mobilization (GPRM) Unit in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring funding for DCA's programmes and projects in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
The role involves building and maintaining relationships with institutional donors, developing concepts and proposals, and coordinating project design and proposal writing processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with major institutional donors, proposal development, donor liaison, and grants management.
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in the technical units and country offices to achieve funding goals. This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires strong stakeholder management skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build relations both within and outside DCA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional donors
- Develop concepts and proposals relevant to donor criteria
- Coordinate project design and proposal writing processes
- Advise country office teams on contract negotiation and compliance with donor requirements
- Support country offices in increased DCA branding and visibility among donors
Requirements
- Proven experience with major institutional donors
