About the Department

We aim to have a business-anchored approach to managing the impact of taxes, remaining true to our values of operating our business in a responsible and transparent manner. This includes fostering a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere, where you can contribute to the continuous improvement of transfer pricing policies and processes.

We work closely with the tax team in Global Business Services in India, supporting operational transfer pricing and handling a variety of other transfer pricing tasks. Our team is a global organization encompassing around 70 employees worldwide, with approximately 25 dedicated employees working in teams within Transfer Pricing, Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, M&A Tax, and Tax Technology.

About the Role

As a Transfer Pricing Advisor at Novo Nordisk, you will participate in planning and executing transfer pricing projects, often partnering with external advisors. You will engage with the business to provide advice or make changes from a transfer pricing perspective when new projects, organizational structures, or other developments arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in planning and executing transfer pricing projects, such as APA projects
  • Engaging with the business to provide advice or make changes from a transfer pricing perspective
  • Supporting affiliates during transfer pricing audits and managing subsequent processes
  • Oversighting the internal process of cost allocation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of transfer pricing policies and processes
