We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our Facility Management team at Pandora A/S in Copenhagen as a Reception Support Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the reception desk, meeting center, and other shared areas.

Key responsibilities include managing email and phone communications, coordinating meeting room bookings, and overseeing post, deliveries, and shipments. As part of the Facility Management team, the Reception Support Staff will support various office arrangements and events, working closely with team colleagues and service providers.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably from the hospitality industry, an international company, or coworking space provider. Fluency in Danish and English is essential, as well as proficiency in IT systems.

A bonus point for experience in meeting and event coordination, office operations, and working in an international environment.
