Air Charter is a critical component of Maersk's broader air freight services.
This division offers customized air freight solutions that provide flexibility and control with chartering tailoring air freight solutions to specific customer needs, including cargo size, security requirements, and delivery timelines.
We're looking for a seasoned executive to spearhead this business.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational background and experience in Air Charter, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the Air Charter strategy.
- Leading the global team to achieve operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Monitoring and enhancing Air Charter service performance, ensuring global client and colleague satisfaction.
- Identifying new markets, forging partnerships, and expanding service offerings to increase Maersk's presence and revenue.
The selected candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Air Freight Teams, Key Client Managers, and Vertical owners, to promote Air Charters and drive business growth.
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will be able to inspire and empower teams to deliver exceptional results.
