Global Business Development Lead

Are you an experienced leader in commercial pharmaceuticals looking to drive business growth and transformation? Look no further than LEO Pharma's Executive Governance Advisor role.
About the JobThis role involves leading strategic projects across PSIO and commercial operations. You will be accountable for driving PSIO governance and representation in LEO Pharma. This includes preparing and reviewing presentations for internal and external events in close collaboration with relevant parts of the organization.
You will also define and implement a commercial Lean Six Sigma mindset and build up capabilities across PSIO. In addition, you will lead major lean projects to drive efficient and shared ways of working. Your focus will be on creating solid communication flows and leading substantial organizational work to establish models for affiliates, shared ways of working, and cultural mindsets coming together as one organization.
We seek individuals with a strong background in leadership, governance, and commercial pharmaceuticals. Experience in building and implementing governance structures and leading complex projects with significant stakeholder management is essential.
