Som Hotelchef har du det overordnede ansvar for at lede og udvikle hotellets drift, hvor dit mål er at skabe en attraktiv og motiverende arbejdsplads for medarbejderne. Du skal være i stand til at sikre en høj kvalitet af gæstehåndtering, indkøb, bookinger og vedligeholdelse. Desuden har du ansvaret for at lede og motivere et stærkt team på tværs af afdelinger.
Afgrundtalende pligter
- Ledelsesansvar for reception, morgenmadsrestaurant og teknik.
- Tæt samarbejde med eksternt housekeeping-team for at sikre høj kvalitet.
- Være et forbillede og drive det gode værtskab på hotellet.
- Rekruttering og personalepleje: Tiltrække nye talenter og udvikle eksisterende medarbejdere, samt arrangere personalearrangementer, konkurrencer for teamet og sørge for gaver til medarbejdere til jul og fødselsdage.
- Deltage aktivt i hotellets løbende renoveringsprojekter i tæt samarbejde med maintenance.
- Hjælpe receptionen i spidsbelastninger og sikre løbende oplæring i samarbejde med Receptionschef.
- Videreudvikle arbejdsgange, procedurer og processer.
