Verticals Onboarding Specialist Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Verticals Onboarding Specialist Growth Manager to join our team in Denmark. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding experiences.
About the Role:
- Develop and enhance end-to-end onboarding processes for clients in specialist verticals.
- Liaise with sales, pricing, LAKA onboarding teams, risk and compliance, reporting, and customer service to ensure clients have a smooth experience.
- Work closely with departments to establish SLAs and meet agreed timelines.
- Suggest and implement tactical and strategic projects to improve client satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has strong experience in client onboarding, especially in specialist verticals.
- Can build slick onboarding processes from scratch.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of overachieving KPIs and goals.
- Is passionate about new technology businesses.
- Understands complex compliance and risk arrangements.
