Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the development and strategy for our Accessibility product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Accessibility products, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that products meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to develop and deliver innovative features, leading and coordinating efforts across teams to ensure optimal solutions are developed and delivered on time.
  • Customer Focus: Stay closely connected with users to understand their challenges and ensure the platform is delivering tangible value, continuously gathering feedback to refine and improve the product.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions about product features, prioritization, and enhancements, defining and tracking key performance metrics to measure success.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals and deliverables.
  • Innovation: Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the marketing technology space, exploring new technologies and methodologies to keep the platform at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Commercialization and Growth: Define market dynamics, target customer segments, route to commercialization, pricing, and packaging, upsell and monetization paths, and enablement materials for marketing and commercial organizations, actively working with commercial stakeholders to drive product growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on web and mobile development, accessibility, and artificial intelligence/machine learning or related areas.
  • Proven track record of owning and driving product strategy and roadmap execution.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering products that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), computer science, data science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working with engineering teams on product development, particularly in cloud computing and data analytics environments.
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications.
