About the Project

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our project focused on understanding the molecular underpinnings of diabetes and its associated cardiovascular complications. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of novel approaches to integrate large-scale omics datasets, including genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, proteomics, and metagenomics, to identify novel molecular signatures and biomarkers associated with diabetes-related complications.

Job Responsibilities

">

As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing studies, analyzing data, and communicating results through publications and presentations. You will work closely with our team to develop novel approaches to integrate large-scale omics datasets and identify novel molecular signatures associated with diabetes-related complications.

Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you should have a Ph.D. in bioinformatics, genomics, computer science, or related field, with a strong background in bioinformatics, genomics, computer science, and machine learning. Excellent computational skills, experience in single-cell omics analysis, and high-level proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R are required.
