About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring their games and players stay online.
You will be the main point of contact for our customers, responding to their requests and resolving technical issues. You will also work closely with other members of the team to resolve complex issues and improve our overall service.
Requirements
- Deep experience with hosting/IaaS/cloud products and services in a customer-facing technical support capacity
- Ability to connect with third-party vendors to check, maintain or replace hardware
- Self-managed, responsible, and highly productive individual - known by others for getting things done right the first time
- Comfortable being part of a regular on-call rotation supporting our customers and internal teams
