Job Summary

We are seeking a bi-lingual Danish/English Internal Client Advocate located in Brondby, Denmark, with a track record of supporting client accounts. This role requires strong communication skills, self-sufficiency, flexibility, and a keen ability to support our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing all their success matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Update the CRM system with accurate and timely customer information.
  • Track account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Prepare updates on account status.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a customer success environment using telesales across a client base.
  • Experience of updating and maintaining CRM system records.
  • Professional approach to team and client relationships.
  • Track record of delivering against targets.
  • A passion for delivering great service.
  • Good sales, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Emotionally resilient under pressure.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
