Job SummaryWe are seeking a bi-lingual Danish/English Internal Client Advocate located in Brondby, Denmark, with a track record of supporting client accounts. This role requires strong communication skills, self-sufficiency, flexibility, and a keen ability to support our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, addressing all their success matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
- Update the CRM system with accurate and timely customer information.
- Track account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Prepare updates on account status.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.
- Relevant experience in a customer success environment using telesales across a client base.
- Experience of updating and maintaining CRM system records.
- Professional approach to team and client relationships.
- Track record of delivering against targets.
