Job Overview

We are seeking two Mechanical Design Engineers to join our Engineering organization in Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering services, including design, manufacturing, and installation of baking machines. Your primary goal will be to ensure compliance with Bühler directives and EHS standards while maintaining excellent communication with project managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute scope of work within projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Participate in project reviews and meetings, actively contributing to project progress.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Track schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage work hours to meet project deadlines and budgeted hours.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices from project experiences.

Requirements

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with CAD software (Creo, Inventor) and PDM systems.
  • Knowledge of design for manufacture, standardization, and modularization, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of high-quality work results and adherence to standards.
  • Excellent cross-cultural awareness, proactive approach, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
