The role of a Creative Associate at Publicis Groupe is to provide support in the development and execution of creative ideas and concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns and multimedia content. This position plays a crucial part in assisting senior members of the creative team, contributing to the design, development, and production of visual and written materials that meet client objectives and align with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creative Development: Assist in brainstorming and developing innovative concepts for projects across different media channels, including digital, print, and video.
  • Design and Execution: Collaborate with senior team members to create high-quality visual assets, layouts, and mockups that meet project requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure creative consistency and high-quality output, contribute ideas, and provide support during collaborative sessions.
  • Research and Inspiration: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform the creative process and inspire innovative solutions.
  • Project Support: Assist in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and other materials used in pitches or client meetings.
  • Feedback Integration: Work with the senior creative team to revise and refine creative work based on internal or client feedback, ensuring the final product meets project goals and brand standards.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all deliverables adhere to the brand's visual identity and voice, maintaining consistency across all platforms and media.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality.

In terms of qualifications and skills, this role requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Creative Communication, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong visual and creative skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to take direction and feedback.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital design is preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative work in design, branding, or advertising is required.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around 65,000-75,000 DKK, depending on experience and qualifications.
