About Our Company
Danske Bank is embarking on a major transformation, focusing on creating a solid and sustainable data foundation. This effort, known as Forward'28, aims to improve the overall banking experience and develop more effective products for our customers.
Our Customer Engagement Individuals tribe is responsible for delivering customer-facing systems across various channels and capabilities. As part of this team, you will contribute to enabling data across the Personal Customers domain, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, systems & data owners to ensure that priorities are met and customer experience is enhanced.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will translate business logic and functionality into data specifications, ensuring that golden source logic is sustainable and reliable.
- As part of our cross-functional team, you will work closely with both technical and non-technical professionals to drive the bank-wide data agenda.
- It is essential that you ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation and compliance across all relevant subject areas.
- You will also play a vital role in the transformation of Danske Bank's retail customer area, aligning with the objectives outlined in the Forward'28 strategy.
- Last but not least, you must guarantee that the bank's regulatory, governance & security frameworks are aligned and followed.
About You
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Natural/Life Sciences, or Engineering.
- You have +3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Functional Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, including fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with security, compliance, risk & general financial services data is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) is also an advantage.
