About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a Cost Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our greenfield project in Odense. Your primary responsibility will be to drive project controls in the areas of cost management, earned value, and project cost reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive project controls in the areas of cost management, earned value, and project cost reporting.
  2. Be responsible for your project area, ensuring robust controlling and delivering reliable data.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Project Controls team to ensure effective project management and control.
  4. Provide accurate and timely reporting on project performance, including cost analysis.
  5. Support project managers in making informed decisions by providing financial analysis and insights.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in economics or from a technical university.
  2. Experience in project controls, preferably in a large-scale project environment.
  3. Knowledge of cost management, earned value analysis, planning and scheduling techniques, risk management, and scope and change management.
  4. Experience using project management software and tools.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
  6. Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

The Cost Controller position is based in the Cost Controlling team in the PMO department. Our team supports all project tracks in all aspects of cost controlling.
