About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Manager to join our team at Synthesia. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve our website's search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and ensure website architecture and code are optimized for search engines.
  • Perform thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth and analyze competitor keywords to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and manage outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using analytics tools and generate regular reports on SEO progress and impact on business goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, website, PPC, and product teams to ensure we build new pages based on product launches and data from other departments.
  • Utilize and manage SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to help us achieve our SEO goals.
Requirements
  • Results-driven with a focus on driving measurable results and achieving KPIs.

  • Technical proficiency in SEO and website architecture.
