Meetings and Events Expertise

As an In-House Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for expanding our existing sales department. You will work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless execution of client requests. This includes answering incoming meeting, event, and group booking requests, proactively sourcing new business, and providing exceptional client care.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming meeting, event, and group booking requests via email and telephone.
  • Proactively sourcing new business and upselling opportunities.
  • Client care of existing clients to increase returning business.
  • Handling all booking-related tasks such as contracting, creating event orders, briefing operational departments, and billing.
  • Setting up and optimizing SOPs and handlings to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Welcoming clients on site as their point of contact for questions.
  • Administrative tasks such as reporting and system administration.
  • Creative collaboration with the F&B team to develop new meeting & event offerings and campaigns.
