You are a team player at heart, engaging all internal teams involved to create the best possible experience and hospitality for attendees.
Your primary responsibilities include final accountability for all events executed in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, holding customer satisfaction, and bringing the best out of the event teams before, during, and after the events and virtual productions. Additionally, you will lead and coach a team of Event Experience Managers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Key tasks include executing event production plans aligned with objectives, spearheading venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management, collaborating with marketing and business teams to deliver events that drive brand visibility and client engagement, and curating innovative event concepts and formats.
