In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across the business to develop and drive a global internal communications strategy that supports business growth and enhances employee engagement.

You will be responsible for owning and managing Pandora Engage, our most important internal communications channel, and overseeing the creation of compelling content that resonates with employees across the globe.

Your New Team

You will join Pandora's Global Communication & Sustainability function, based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark - an international hub of passionate and performance-driven experts.

You will report to the Director, Employee Communications & Engagement.

Requirements

">
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in internal communications, strategic messaging, or corporate communications.
  • A Master's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to think strategically and holistically, and execute at the same time.
  • A strong track record in creating engaging content and effectively delivering that content across a variety of channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
