We are seeking a highly skilled Client Growth Manager to lead our European business expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

  2. Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage client satisfaction, retention, and account growth, delivering beyond expectations and confidently engaging with senior business leaders.

Requirements:

  • Client Management Experience: Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of clients successfully, ideally within an agency/consultancy or large complex corporate.
  • Sector Understanding: Experience in how large multi-nationals operate, particularly across B2B sectors.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong communication skills, fluent English, and ability to present to senior leaders confidently.
  • Tenacious and Team Player: Tenacious, with a fair degree of hustle, and a natural interest in the wider business ecosystem.
