About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Growth Manager to lead our European business expansion efforts.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and client satisfaction across our European portfolio.
You will collaborate closely with our commercial team to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute account plans, and build strong relationships with senior business leaders.
Your expertise in client management, sector understanding, and commercial acumen will enable you to effectively communicate our value proposition and drive sales growth.
In this role, you will also contribute to market intelligence, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform our strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Collaborate with the commercial team to follow up on potential client leads, secure new clients, and contribute to pitch proposals and presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage client satisfaction, retention, and account growth, delivering beyond expectations and confidently engaging with senior business leaders.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that drive revenue growth and align with client objectives and company goals.
- Revenue Management: Monitor and report on revenue streams from managed clients, ensuring targets are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Frankly to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies and enhance our competitive position.
Requirements:
- Client Management Experience: Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of clients successfully, ideally within an agency/consultancy or large complex corporate.
- Sector Understanding: Experience in how large multi-nationals operate, particularly across B2B sectors.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong communication skills, fluent English, and ability to present to senior leaders confidently.
- Tenacious and Team Player: Tenacious, with a fair degree of hustle, and a natural interest in the wider business ecosystem.
