Pandora A/S is looking for a highly skilled Receptionist to join our Facility Management team at our global headquarters in Copenhagen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception desk, meeting center, and other shared areas, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization. They will also handle email and phone communications, coordinate meeting room bookings, and oversee post, deliveries, and shipments.
As part of our Facility Management team, the Receptionist will support various office arrangements and events, working closely with team colleagues and service providers to ensure seamless execution.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably from the hospitality industry, an international company, or coworking space provider. Fluency in Danish and English is essential, as well as proficiency in IT systems.
A bonus point for experience in meeting and event coordination, office operations, and working in an international environment.
