At Limak Cement, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to support the daily operations of our Denmark office located in the Capital Region. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth administrative processes, facilitating communication between our Danish office and our headquarters in Türkiye.

The ideal candidate will oversee general office administration, including correspondence management and visitor coordination, provide administrative support to the Managing Director and team as needed, act as the primary liaison between our Danish office and various departments in Türkiye, organize meetings, appointments, and office events, manage travel arrangements, prepare administrative and travel-related reports for the Managing Director, maintain organized filing systems and office supplies, and serve as the first point of contact for business partners and colleagues from Headquarters in Türkiye.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in an administrative or office management position, preferably in an international work environment. A relevant educational background in business administration, office management, or a related field is also preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English are essential.
