We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers succeed. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone and email, actively listening to users, and gathering valuable feedback.

You'll assist in onboarding new customers alongside our implementation team and help customers achieve their vision by maximizing the platform's potential. Your ability to bridge the gap between customers and our technical team will be crucial to success in this role.
