About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our Customer Success team as a Cross-Functional Specialist. This role will involve managing customer relationships, providing consultation on vessel performance, and gathering feedback from clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. You will be the key contact for our customer accounts.
  2. Total ownership of the Onboarding process and ongoing relationship building with customers.
  3. Use data to provide consultation on vessel performance.
  4. Ongoing customer care relationship building.
  5. Gather feedback from clients to share organization-wide.

Key Requirements:

  • Preferred competency in naval architecture, machinery systems, sailing, technical operations, and maritime trade.
  • Knowledge within vessel performance calculations and metrics.
  • A service-minded approach to relationships.
  • An ability to communicate technical matters to different audiences.
