We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our Customer Success team as a Cross-Functional Specialist. This role will involve managing customer relationships, providing consultation on vessel performance, and gathering feedback from clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- You will be the key contact for our customer accounts.
- Total ownership of the Onboarding process and ongoing relationship building with customers.
- Use data to provide consultation on vessel performance.
- Ongoing customer care relationship building.
- Gather feedback from clients to share organization-wide.
Key Requirements:
- Preferred competency in naval architecture, machinery systems, sailing, technical operations, and maritime trade.
- Knowledge within vessel performance calculations and metrics.
- A service-minded approach to relationships.
- An ability to communicate technical matters to different audiences.
