About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical sales professional to join our team at MAN Energy Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our external sales team by leading the conversion of inquiries into tailored technical service offers.

The ideal candidate will have a background as a marine engineer or similar, with significant hands-on experience in service or technical project management. They will also have experience creating customer-oriented technical offers, ideally in a B2B environment such as the marine industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of technical sales concepts, including product innovations and market trends.
  • Presenting and discussing technical service offers with customers, ensuring alignment with customer requirements in close cooperation with external sales and/or IGC.
  • Maintaining CRM tasks, project overviews, and sales pipelines to ensure accurate forecasting and progress tracking.
