About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chief Integration Operations Director to oversee the seamless integration of companies at Novo Nordisk A/S. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic alignment, operational and cultural integration, change management, synergy realization, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage major project(s) with cross-functional impact, assignments, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate governance, budgeting, advisory, Day 1 readiness, target operating model, integration exit readiness, and exit scoping.
  • Act as a thought leader in the integration field and contribute to defining and executing the integration strategy.
  • Communicate and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage recognized methodologies to run cross-disciplinary projects.
  • Lead through other project managers directly or indirectly to achieve milestones and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in business, finance, strategy, or similar. You should also have subject matter expertise within one or several key functions (IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Quality, etc.) and previous exposure to a regulated industry, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.

Experience in leading a Post-Merger Integration Management Office or Integration Workstreams on multiple occasions is essential. Additionally, you should have proficiency in navigating a multinational corporate environment with an international, multicultural context.

Personal Qualities

You should possess strong empathetic and stakeholder management capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and exceptional skills managing complexity. Strategic thinking, expertise in change management, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities, and business acumen are also required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $150,000 - $200,000, depending on location and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
