  • Strategic planning: Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure customer needs are reflected in SameSystem's solutions.
  • Process improvement: Identify areas for optimization and implement changes that drive lasting value for customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a similar role with enterprise customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and align diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset to address immediate challenges and deliver long-term solutions.
