Account Manager Position in Europe

You will own the overall relationship with your customer portfolio, ensuring they are happy and growing towards maximizing their investment in GetAccept. Primarily focusing on Danish clients, you will also manage accounts in other countries within your portfolio. You will have full commercial ownership of your customer portfolio.
Your days will consist of:
- Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working towards up- and cross-sell budgets with a focus on finding new opportunities within your customer portfolio.
- Educating and teaching customers about utilizing features and introducing them to new product releases in a sales-oriented way.
- Developing strategic relationships with customer accounts and collaborating closely with the Customer Success Team for retention, onboarding, and engagement.
- Managing renewals and proactive anti-churn work.
